What is shop establishment certificate?

This Certificate is produced for obtaining many other business licenses and registrations. It serves as proof of the incorporation of commercial establishment or shops. It is also useful when the proprietor of the business wants to obtain a loan or create a current bank account for the business.

What is difference between establishment and shop?

Shop– According to the Act, Shop is a place that sells goods or services to the customer. It can also include offices, storerooms, warehouses or go downs.
Establishment– An Establishment engulfs all residential hotels, restaurants, theatres, commercial establishments, and other amusement for public entertainment.

Is it mandatory to register under Shop and establishment act Haryana?

This act covers shops and commercial establishments (offices, storerooms, godowns, or warehouses). The act is applicable even if you have one employee or none. This license must be secured even before the shop opens for business under Shop and Establishment License Act.

How to register in shop and establishment in Haryana?

Scanned copy of Proof of Establishment i.e. Lease Deed/Rent Deed; Registration Deed; or Any other proof of possession of Shop/Commercial Establishment like electricity bill/telephone bill/bank account and affidavit etc.

What is the cost of Labour license in Haryana?
